CRS carries out development and emergency relief efforts in Afghanistan with a focus on rural livelihoods through diverse programs that promote food security and access to quality education for poor and marginalized communities.  CRS Bamyan Office opened in 2008. This office currently supports programming in Yakawlang and Panjab districts of Bamyan Province and Sangi-Takht and Ashterlay districts of Daikundi Province.
Primary Role:
The Human Resources Officer will primarily be responsible for promoting CRS as an employer of choice for current and potential staff in Bamyan and Daikundi Provinces. The HR officer will oversee efficient and transparent recruitment processes, coordinate effective orientation for new staff, manage staff benefits, promote staff understanding of CRS HR policies and procedures, and contribute to the strengthening of employee recruitment, retention, and commitment to CRS programming. This position will require regular travel to CRS sub-offices in Yakawlang, Panjab, and Sangi Takht Districts.
