Growths since 2005.

Taking into consideration the challenging environment and numerous obstacles in the social development and saving children, youths and women in Afghanistan, AWARD Board of Management took this initiative to establish the organization which aims to take part in the development and civilization of Afghanistan and safe Afghan women, youths and children, and empower Afghan women, whom have been vulnerably affected by civil war and are victims of war and natural disasters (widows, handicapped, displaced and returnees) to get their rights and be a part of social development through close coordination and assistance of our national and international partners and Afghanistan Government.

The main objective of the organization is to implement humanitarian services, providing social care services, income generation projects, skill training activities to develop our community and make the women self sufficient as well as provide protection for those suffering SGBV (sexual and gender based violations). This approach will further build their capacity and will enable them to work as the bread winners of their families. Such activities will also help in poverty reduction among the vulnerable groups in the communities.
