Background
A group of energetic experienced and comparatively young social workers established AHEAD in 2008 AHEAD as a non-governmental, non-Political and nonprofit organization aims to contribute in improvement of public health, social development civil society development and education standards improvement. The organization is registered under license number 1259 with Ministry of Economy (MoE) government of Afghanistan.

This Project Funded by Afghanistan Work-Force Development Programme of USAID AHEAD is implementing a Financial Management Training project that aims to:
·         Strengthen the Financial Management capacity of Afghan private companies by providing well-trained technical workforce.
·         Improve technical and vocational education and training Link training service providers with employers to understand private sector skills needs. Adapt curricula, which are consistent with private sector needs.
·         Improve TVET and business education teaching and training skills.
