The Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute (ATVI) was founded in February 2006 to provide market oriented technical and vocational training opportunities for Afghan youth. Currently there are three fully operational ATVI campuses; one in Kabul with a capacity of 2000 full-time students, one in Laghman province with capacity of 1000 full-time students and the third one in Helmand province with capacity of 1000 full-time students. The current deliverables of ATVI include continued technical and vocational education and training (TVET) for Afghan Students; professional development program for teachers; an updated curriculum; and increased capacity in administration, operations, and fundraising contributing to a sustainable and self-funded institution.
The English Instructor will be based in Kabul and will be reporting to head of English Department.
