University degree (Bachelor degree or equivalent degree) in Social Science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in community mobilisation, community development, program management etc.;
Previous work with UN, World Bank or similar international organisation an advantage
Language and Communication Skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of another UN language and/or Dari/ Pashto would be an advantage.

The Training Officer will, under the direct supervision of the Provincial Manager (PMU Advisor), will be responsible to:
Manage CCAP training, curriculum and material development activities according to the concept and approach of CCAP for all phases of programme delivery in the province;
Train the FPs staff on the teaching/learning approach, methods, and materials used in CCAP;
Control the quality of training workshops;
Coordinating the training components of the programs with province with CCAP partner ;
Develop detailed implementation plans for training courses, seminars, workshops, and meetings in the province. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, preparing materials, coordinating participants and overseeing logistics for technical presenters;
Oversee training work-plans in the province to ensure that training programs are carried out in a timely manner;
Monitor the implementation of training grants;
Support and co-ordinate training budget information for monitoring;
Ensure effective linkage and communication with Kabul and provincial offices;
Prepare reporting formats for material development and training activities, as required;
Coordinate the provision of core training staff and training materials;
Ensure that only CDs with updated materials are being distributed amongst CCAP offices and facilitating partners.
