Bachelor degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR 5 years working experience.
Shall be able to travel to locations where RADP-S operates.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasionally required to stand, walk, climb stairs, and sit for long periods of time; regular use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and file; regularly required to talk and hear; and regularly required to use computer to look up, create, and modify documents.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Normal office environment; usually moderate noise level
Occasional exposure to environmental conditions include exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions caused by the weather.
DUTY STATION: This position is based in Helmand province of Afghanistan.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel Kandahar, Kabul and frequently to targeted districts in the respective Helmand province as needed.
JOB SUMMARY: The Training Facilitation Assistant will report directly to Operations Coordinator based in Helmand. The Training Facilitation Assistant will be responsible for supporting Operation Coordinator to provide Admin, finance, HR and Operations related support to Program Director in Helmand. The Training Facilitation Assistant must ensure that all program activities are carried out in accordance with instructions of RADP-S management.
The Training Facilitation Assistant will work in close coordination with the Provincial Field Agent and Operation Coordinator to ensure that all program verification have been done, program packages are placed in well manner, SAM verification has been done, training session documents are accurate before payment and the cash clearance has been done on timely manner.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to do SAM verification of farmers.
Responsible to check the Tazkiras of farmers who participated in sessions to avoid duplication and falsification.
Responsible to make Phone verification calls to farmers.
Responsible to make sure that each training sessions’ packages have been completed and there is no missing documents.
Responsible to provide support to Operations Coordinator to prepare Payment packages for staff in Helmand under ICA.
Responsible to provide support to Operations Coordinator in preparing Cash advance Requests documents for PPU beneficiaries.
Responsible to work with District Coordinators for clearance of previous issued Cash advance.
Responsible to fill out verification MEMOs of unique and participant beneficiaries, obtain required signatures and place them in each session folder.
Responsible to provide support to Provincial field agent in documentation.
Responsible to scan all those documents that are going to M&E in Kandahar and or finance in Kabul, keep the scan in files as record.
Responsible to photocopy all those documents that need to go to Kandahar or Kabul, place them in folders and make sure Program team have good filing system in place.
Responsible to make sure there is enough office supply in Helmand office.
Responsible for Vehicle Log Book.
Responsible for Office inventory.
Responsible to provide support to Operations Coordinator in terms of making and preparing Travel Authorization Forms for Staff who plan to go to Kabul and or Kandahar for technical meetings.
Any other job assigned by Operation Coordinator and or Provincial field Agent.
