Developing of a Human Resource Policy and Procedure manual in compliance with local labor law.
Ensuring that Dynamic Vision human resources policies and procedures are enforced.
Contributing to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
Having a direct relation to the heads of each department of the company to enhance information about new HR rules and policies.
Administering payroll in accordance with the attendance or timesheet reports.
Drafting and posting Job Description for recruitment of staff.
Lead staff evaluation process and train line managers on the use of staff performance evaluation forms.
Preparing and submitting an annual human resource plan in conjunction with departments and programs.
Establishing and maintaining a database of all employee contracts with contract start dates, expiration dates and information on starting salary and increases.
Developing and maintaining personnel files for all staff, to include updating contact information and maintaining the privacy of each file.
Monitoring personnel issues in the field, including staff conditions, terms of employment, recruitment and training of National and International staff.
Keeping employees personal files up to date. Coordinating and preparing of employment agreements.
Introduce and facilitate orientation for the new staff members.
Ensuring systems are in place for the efficient recruitment, appointment and induction of the staff needed for departments.
Ensuring HR policies are introduced as required and that the staff structure is understood by the entire staff.
Concentrating to enact an overall management scheme for the betterment of the company.
Supervising and monitoring the work of the Human Resources personnel in carrying out all human resources administrative activities.
Ensuring that all new staff receives appropriate induction to the company and its policies.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assist and guide managers conducting counseling sessions with staff due to poor or unsatisfactory performance or behavior.
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
