Required Qualifications and Experience:

Graduated from university
A minimums of one year experience in office related work.
Having good English language and computer skills (Ms office)
Must be able to travel to different districts offices of Bamyan and Parwan Provinces if required.
Be able to work under pressure with tight deadline

وظایف

Job Summary:



The district admin logistic officer is responsible for maintaining all admin/logistic and I.T records properly.                            Support and advise the administrative personnel at direct office. Maintain good collaboration among vendors, program staffs and district.



Main Duties and Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain daily operation activities and create a good office environment for all staff.

Responsible for keeping of all (admin, procurement, I.T and HR) records properly.

Monitor daily attendance sheet and sending of daily vehicle movement reports to B.R.O on time.

Act as liaison between district manager and staff for services and resolution of administration problems.

Purchase all necessary goods and equipments from bazaar as per AKF procurement policy.

Send admin (transport, stock, daily activities) and procurement monthly reports on time.

To arrange official and rental vehicles for program staff and follow the AKF norms and values.

Monitor and plan all department related expenses to ensure budgets are met.

Implementing of AKF (A) polices.



Occasional Significant Duties and Responsibilities.



Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor.



Decision Making and Authority:



Supervising support staff

Controlling and monitoring office and guest houses requirements.

Checking cleanliness of office and guest houses on time.
