Qualifications: · High school graduate or university degree is preferred · Minimum of 3 years work experience in relevant position · Familiarity with the province cultural and geography. · Good communication skill and team work capacity. · Ability to work independently · Self-motivated and be punctual
· Over all management of Administration section in provincial level.
· Draft of official letters
· Issues memo on Administrative, and HR Procedures as required.
· Prepare and certifying monthly attendance sheets, timesheets and attendance reports of health facilities.
· Prepare staff requisitions forms and follow up with main office.
· Keep update staff personnel files in provincial level
· Keep track of staff leave balance in provincial level.
· Monitor staff attendance sheet of sub office and health facilities.
· Participate in the interview process of newly appointed candidates in provincial level.
· Prepare weekly, quarterly, and monthly administration activity report of project.
· Identify and report immediately any problem which interferes in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to his/her immediate supervisor.
· Participate in monthly management meeting of the program to share information and discuss the program progress.
· Management of administration filling system in provincial level.
· To perform other tasks required by the line manager.
NOTE: The Original duty station of the position will be in Yahay Khail CHC.
