Desired Experience and Skills
3 or more years of proven experience in financial/operational systems preferred.
1 year experience in implementing USAID funded projects is strongly preferred.
Good English speaking and writing skills are essential; proficiency in Dari and/or Pashto highly desirable.
Willingness to travel in-country required. Travel time may be up to 80%.
Summary Scope of Work:
Assists the provincial coordinators for financial issues [Reconciliation of advances for trainings, workshops and their petty cash reimbursement and responsible to submit and reconciled all pending balance of provincial coordinators advances in Kabul Jhpiego finance office.
Responsibilities: [Provincial/main office level]:
Provide support to provincial coordinators in preparing appropriate activities budget request by reviewing arithmetic calculation and ensuring all the necessary cost components are in the request.
